Position Highlights
Full-time 1.0 FTE opportunity with a unique rotating schedule designed to support work-life balance
Clinic hours:
Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Rotating 2-week schedule with only 8 working days per pay period:
Week 1: 5 shifts
Week 2: 3 shifts
Collaborative team environment with dedicated support staff:
1 LVN assigned per provider
Strong operational and clinical support model
Manageable daily patient volume averaging 23-30 patients per day
Adult-focused practice primarily serving patients ages 18+
Excellent opportunity for providers who enjoy building relationships with the geriatric population
Ideal environment for compassionate, patient-centered clinicians who value quality care and continuity
Double provider coverage on Fridays promotes teamwork and provider support
Opportunity to practice broad urgent care medicine in a well-established outpatient setting
Preferred candidate will have at least 1 year of relevant APP experience

The Physician Assistant (PA) Urgent Care is a licensed, certified healthcare provider. They render direct patient care and have prescriptive authority. They are credentialed, privileged, and billed as an independent provider by Medicare and Medicaid. The Advanced Practice Provider offers medical care based on the supervising physician''s scope of practice. They typically care for patients in an urgent or convenient care clinic.

Basic Life Support (BLS): Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire or transfer.
