Job Description:

Ortho MA, a fast-paced orthopedic practice, is seeking a per diem Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for experienced providers who are confident working independently and passionate about delivering efficient, high-quality musculoskeletal care.

Schedule Requirements:

• Shift length varies based on patient volume

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat orthopedic injuries in an urgent care setting
• Perform joint injections, splinting, casting, and other orthopedic procedures
• Work independently while collaborating with supervising physicians as needed
• Document care accurately in the EMR system
• Adhere to all clinical protocols and regulatory standards

Qualifications:

• Active PA or NP license in Massachusetts
• Prior experience in orthopedics, urgent care, or emergency medicine strongly preferred
• Strong communication, efficiency, and clinical decision-making skills
• Must maintain all required certifications and licensure
