Physician - Cardiology
Job Details:
- Provide non-invasive cardiology coverage for 1-2 weeks per month with weekend support, weekends, and nights as needed
- Average daily census of 25-35 patients, serving adult patient population ages 18 and older
- Perform and interpret echocardiograms, Holter monitors, stress testing (including nuclear), and EKGs
- Conduct special procedures including stress testing, transesophageal echocardiograms (TEEs), and cardioversions
- Provide consult services within a 265-bed hospital setting
- Utilize EPIC electronic medical records system
- Board certification or board eligibility required
- Active PA license or IMLC Letter of Qualification required
- DEA required
- ACLS/BLS certifications required
- CTA reading certification preferred
