Job Details:

• Locum Tenens request for an Internal Medicine - Cardiology Physician
• 
  
• Average of 5 patient encounters per shift
• 
  
• Board certification required at minimum Certified level
• 
  
• Active ACLS and BLS certifications required
• 
  
• Fellowship training required (minimum 3 years)
• 
  
• Inpatient cardiology experience required, including ICU coverage
• 
  
• Non-invasive cardiology skills required, including Echocardiography and STEMI management; TEE (Transesophageal Echo) preferred
• 
  
• Invasive diagnostic cardiology required, including PA catheter placement, IABP placement, cardiac catheterization; heart biopsy preferred
• 
  
• Interventional cardiology skills required, including Angioplasty/PTCA, intracoronary stent placement, and atherectomy
• 
  
• Permanent pacemaker placement preferred
• 
  
• Outpatient cardiology and electrophysiology experience not required
