Job Details:

• Provide locum tenens cardiology coverage consisting of rounding and consults with no clinic duties
• 
  
• Perform Transesophageal Echocardiograms (TEEs) as a required procedure
• 
  
• Participate in general night call coverage
• 
  
• Provide rounding and consult coverage on weekends
• 
  
• Hospital-only coverage; no outpatient clinic responsibilities
• 
  
• Cardiac emergencies and procedures are referred externally as the facility does not have a cath lab on site
• 
  
• Schedule operates on a 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM rotation across designated coverage blocks
• 
  
• EMR system: Epic
• 
  
• General Cardiology Board Certified or Board Eligible required
• 
  
• Nebraska medical license highly preferred
• 
  
• ACLS, BLS, and DEA certifications required
• 
  
• Clean malpractice history highly preferred
