Position Summary We are seeking a full-time Physician committed to compassionate, evidence-based primary care. The ideal candidate values long-term patient relationships, quality outcomes, and collaborative team-based practice.
Key Responsibilities • Provide high-quality clinical care to patients of all ages in internal medicine, family medicine, or Med-Peds practice. • Perform comprehensive history and physical examinations, develop assessment and care plans, and coordinate treatment with care team members. • Manage acute and chronic conditions, including preventive care and health maintenance. • Provide same-day sick visits, wellness visits, chronic disease management, and age-appropriate screenings. • Collaborate with nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nursing staff, and administrative personnel to ensure timely patient-centered care. • Utilize electronic health records and digital tools to support continuity and access to care. • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and practice performance activities. • Educate and counsel patients and families to promote health, wellness, and disease prevention.
Qualifications & Requirements Ideal Candidate: • BCBE Internal Medicine and Pediatrics Med-Peds Physician or BCBE Family Medicine Physician • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school • Valid and unrestricted New York State medical license or eligibility • Strong clinical diagnostic and communication skills
