We are seeking a dedicated Hematologist/Medical Oncologist to join our team in Detroit Lakes, MN. Patient-Centered Care: Our team excels in building strong relationships with patients, providing compassionate, attentive and high-quality care. * Comprehensive Support Services: Benefit from a robust support team including genetic counselors, nutritionists, social workers, nurse navigators, behavioral therapists, certified cancer-care physical therapists and lymphedema specialists. * Specialty Services On-Site: Access to Radiation Oncology, Interventional Radiology, Genetic Counseling and Palliative Care. * Collaborative Environment: Participate in weekly Multidisciplinary Tumor Board Conferences to discuss and plan patient care. * Innovative Telemedicine: Extend your reach with our community cancer center and telemedicine services utilizing TCON, E consults and virtual patient visits. * Research Opportunities: Engage in cutting-edge clinical trials through our NCI Community Oncology Research Program (NCORP) grant. * Accredited Programs: Our program is recognized as an Integrated Network Cancer Center program (INCP) accreditation by Comprehensive Community Cancer Program and holds a National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers by the American College of Surgeons. * Leadership Structure: Essentia Health is a dyad-led organization with strong physician and administrative leadership * Advanced EMR: We utilize EPIC electronic medical record in both inpatient and ambulatory facilities, ensuring top-tier electronic medical record utilization. Consultative Call Only: Hospitalists handle admissions and night coverage. * Regional Outreach: Provide care one to two days day per week at regional clinics in Park Rapids and Fosston, MN. * Technology: Utilization of the EPIC electronic medical record system. Board Certified/Board Eligible in Hematology * Board Certified/Board Eligible in Medical Oncology * Experience: Proven experience as a Hematology/Oncology Physician Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
