Compensation & Total Rewards
This position offers a competitive total compensation package, including:
- Base salary: $200,000–$250,000 (DOE)
- Productivity-based RVU incentives
- Full benefits package (health, retirement, PTO, and more)
Your Role
As a MedNOW Physician, you’ll practice comprehensive, patient-centered primary care while contributing to a highly collaborative clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide full-spectrum primary care (history, exams, diagnosis, treatment planning)
- Order and interpret labs and diagnostic tests
- Prescribe medications and manage chronic conditions
- Educate patients on preventive care and wellness
- Document accurately in Athenahealth EHR
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (behavioral health, PT, nutrition)
- Participate in Quality Assurance (QA) and Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI)
- Contribute to MedNOW’s integrated, multimodal care model

Qualifications
- Active Colorado Medical License
- DEA registration
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine)
- Current ACLS/BLS certification
- Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in primary care, urgent care, or chronic disease management preferred
- Experience with Athenahealth (preferred)
Practice Environment & Expectations
- Schedule: Typically 4–5 days/week
- Patient volume: ~18–22 patients/day
- Practice with high autonomy supported by engaged clinical leadership
