Compensation & Total Rewards

This position offers a competitive total compensation package, including:
  • Base salary: $200,000–$250,000 (DOE)
  • Productivity-based RVU incentives
  • Full benefits package (health, retirement, PTO, and more)

Your Role


As a MedNOW Physician, you’ll practice comprehensive, patient-centered primary care while contributing to a highly collaborative clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide full-spectrum primary care (history, exams, diagnosis, treatment planning)
  • Order and interpret labs and diagnostic tests
  • Prescribe medications and manage chronic conditions
  • Educate patients on preventive care and wellness
  • Document accurately in Athenahealth EHR
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (behavioral health, PT, nutrition)
  • Participate in Quality Assurance (QA) and Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI)
  • Contribute to MedNOW’s integrated, multimodal care model

Qualifications

  • Active Colorado Medical License
  • DEA registration
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine)
  • Current ACLS/BLS certification
  • Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in primary care, urgent care, or chronic disease management preferred
  • Experience with Athenahealth (preferred)

Practice Environment & Expectations

  • Schedule: Typically 4–5 days/week
  • Patient volume: ~18–22 patients/day
  • Practice with high autonomy supported by engaged clinical leadership
