What You'll Do:
- Provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient population
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
- Partner with an integrated care team including behavioral health, dental, and care coordination
- Focus on prevention, education, and long-term wellness
- Make a meaningful difference in an underserved community
What We're Looking For:
- MD or DO degree with Georgia license
- Board certified
- Commitment to patient-centered, community-based care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for serving vulnerable populations
