Job Details:

• Urgent coverage needed for September 8-11, with providers who can perform device implantation considered for these dates
• 
  
• Ongoing October coverage requires availability of 2 weeks per month
• 
  
• Schedule is Monday through Friday with no call coverage required
• 
  
• Upcoming coverage dates include September 14-18, October 12-16, November 30-December 4, and December 21-24
• 
  
• Patient encounters per shift are variable
• 
  
• Board certification is required at a minimum certified level
• 
  
• Fellowship training required
• 
  
• ACLS and BLS certifications are required
• 
  
• Facility is a Level 2 trauma center
• 
  
• Locum Tenens request type
