Job Details:

• Full-time Locum Electrophysiologist position
• 
  
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• 
  
• No call required
• 
  
• No weekend coverage required
• 
  
• Patient population: 50% Adult, 50% Geriatric
• 
  
• 60% Outpatient and 40% Inpatient split
• 
  
• Average of 5 inpatient hospital patients per day and 15-20 clinic patients per day
• 
  
• Required procedures and skills include: Ablations, ICD, Pacemaker, Cardioversions, and TEE's
• 
  
• EMR/Documentation system: EPIC
• 
  
• Board Certification in Cardiology required
• 
  
• Active Indiana license, IMLC, or new license candidates accepted
• 
  
• Cardiology/EP Fellowship required
• 
  
• Minimum 5+ years of work experience required
• 
  
• Malpractice history reviewed on a case-by-case basis for providers with minimal settlements
