Physician - Electrophysiology

DO;MD - Cardiac Electrophysiology

Job Details:

• Physician needed for 1-2 shifts per week
• 
  
• Coverage will primarily involve EP procedures in the electrophysiology lab
• 
  
• Opportunities for outpatient clinic coverage may be available depending on physician availability
• 
  
• Perform catheter ablations and cardiac implantable electronic device (CIED) procedures
• 
  
• Procedural responsibilities can be tailored based on physician experience, skill set, and credentials
• 
  
• Work in the EP lab alongside an established EP team, including EP nurses, technologists, and advanced practice providers
• 
  
• Participate in pre-procedure assessment and perform scheduled EP procedures
• 
  
• Remain available as clinically appropriate during post-procedure recovery periods
• 
  
• Limited outpatient responsibilities may include new or follow-up consultations, ECG review, cardiac monitor interpretation, and review of implanted cardiac devices
• 
  
• Must have active MD License or current IMLC for expedited licensure
