Job Details:

• Seeking locum tenens emergency medicine physicians for holiday and ongoing coverage across multiple Wisconsin locations
• 
  
• Positions available at several sites including Stevens Point, Wisconsin Rapids, Eau Claire, Park Falls, Rice Lake, Weston, and Minocqua
• 
  
• Shift types vary by location and include 24-hour shifts (7a-7a or 8a-8a), AM shifts, Mid shifts, and PM shifts
• 
  
• Must be ABEM board certified or board eligible to work at the main Marshfield location
• 
  
• AHA certification is required
• 
  
• Required certifications include ACLS, ATLS, BLS, and PALS
• 
  
• A full day of orientation (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM on a weekday) is required the day prior to the first shift
• 
  
• Support services available on-site include anesthesia, general surgery, laboratory, orthopedic surgery, and radiology
• 
  
• Emergency department receives newborn deliveries
• 
  
• Patient encounters per shift vary
• 
  
• Providers with pending malpractice claims will not be considered
