• Seeking Emergency Medicine Physicians to cover the equivalent of 2 FTEs

• Must be flexible to work days, nights, and weekends
• 
  
• Preference for providers open to working at main hospital as well as affiliated freestanding emergency rooms
• 
  
• Main hospital campus may consider less than 12-hour shifts; affiliated freestanding emergency departments require 12-hour shifts
• 
  
• State-of-the-art modern emergency department with complete renovation and expansion in 2022
• 
  
• 18-bed emergency department with an annual ED volume of 20,000 patients
• 
  
• Physician coverage is 24 hours daily in 12-hour shifts
• 
  
• APP coverage provided during peak times
• 
  
• EMR system and dictation technology available
• 
  
• AHCA Primary Stroke Center Designation
• 
  
• Phlebotomy support available during surges, difficult sticks, or sepsis/stroke alerts
• 
  
• Imaging services include MRI, CT scan, X-ray, and Ultrasound
• 
  
• ACLS required
• 
  
• Current ED volume is approximately 60 patients per day, ranging from low 50s in summer up to 70 patients per day January through March
• 
  
• APP coverage hours vary by season
• 
  
• ED provider shifts run 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 
  
• Must guarantee a minimum of 6 to 8 shifts per month
• 
  
• Must be willing to work at freestanding emergency departments associated with the main facility
