Job Details:

• Sporadic coverage available for Q4 with approximately 2-4 shifts per week
• 
  
• Q1 through July 2027 requires FTE coverage on a 5 days on/5 days off schedule
• 
  
• Nine hour shifts with a one hour overlap for transition
• 
  
• Available shift times: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM, 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM, and 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• 
  
• Minimum availability of 2-3 days per week required to be considered
• 
  
• Emergency room sees an average of 1-2 patients arriving per hour
• 
  
• Procedures include moderate sedation, central lines, bedside ultrasound, nasotracheal intubation, thoracentesis, chest tube placement, rapid sequence intubation, minor laceration repairs, splinting, and more
• 
  
• ENT, Ophthalmology, General Surgery, Cath Lab, Tele Stroke, ICU, and pediatric unit services are all available
• 
  
• Must be BC/BE Emergency Medicine trained physician or have a minimum of 5 years of full-time experience (4,000 hours) in Emergency Medicine with a volume of at least 15,000 patients annually
• 
  
• Must demonstrate evaluation and treatment of at least 1,000 cases in an Emergency Department within the last 2 years
