• Emergency Medicine board certified physicians required

• 12-hour shifts available covering both AM (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM) and PM (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM) coverage
• 
  
• Single physician coverage with APP support per shift
• 
  
• Facility features 10 emergency rooms and 1 triage space
• 
  
• Expected patient volume of approximately 1.6 patients per hour with up to 80 patients per day
• 
  
• Patient mix is mostly low acuity with occasional higher acuity walk-ins
• 
  
• ED admission rate of approximately 5% or less
• 
  
• Nurse/APP triage available for lower acuity patients
• 
  
• High performing, board-certified physicians sought for this fast-paced environment
• 
  
• Primary Care Physicians with EM experience will not be considered

This freestanding emergency room operates as part of a larger health system that includes a Level 2 trauma center at its main facility. The freestanding location provides comprehensive emergency care services with full support staff, nurse and APP triage capabilities, and modern emergency care infrastructure. The facility is focused on delivering high-quality emergency medicine services to the surrounding community with an emphasis on efficient patient flow and quality outcomes.
