Job Details:

• Emergency Medicine Physician position covering PM shifts in a busy emergency department
• 
  
• Typical shift length is 10 hours
• 
  
• Staffing model includes 3-4 Physicians and 3 APPs with normal ER support staff
• 
  
• Emergency department consists of 33 bays with a patient volume of 1.8-2.0 patients per hour
• 
  
• ED admission rate of 26-30%
• 
  
• No pediatric cases - facility has a dedicated pediatric unit
• 
  
• Non-trauma center facility
• 
  
• Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine
• 
  
• Minimum of 6+ months of experience required
• 
  
• Collaborative and cohesive team environment with low attrition
