Job Details:

• Level IV Trauma, low volume emergency department
• 
  
• 12-hour shifts with start times at 7:00 AM, 12:00 PM, and 7:00 PM
• 
  
• No 24-hour shifts required
• 
  
• Annual volume of approximately 25,000 patients
• 
  
• Staffing mix includes 36 hours of MD coverage daily with single coverage from 3:00 AM to 7:00 AM, supported by a mix of mid-level providers and physicians
• 
  
• Facility includes 7 treatment rooms, 2 behavioral health rooms, 2 trauma rooms, and 4 observation/admit rooms
• 
  
• New emergency room and building
• 
  
• Travel covered
• 
  
• Emergency Medicine trained and board-certified preferred; Family Practice or Internal Medicine with ABEM certification or extensive emergency room experience will be considered
• 
  
• Active Indiana Medical License, CSR, and DEA required
