Job Details:

• Level IV Trauma, low volume emergency department
• 
  
• 12-hour shifts with start times at 7:00 AM, 12:00 PM, and 7:00 PM
• 
  
• No 24-hour shifts
• 
  
• Annual patient volume of approximately 25,000
• 
  
• Daily staffing mix includes 36 hours of physician coverage
• 
  
• Single coverage from 3:00 AM to 7:00 AM with additional coverage provided by a mix of mid-level providers and physicians
• 
  
• Facility includes 7 treatment rooms, 2 behavioral health rooms, 2 trauma rooms, and 4 observation/admit rooms
• 
  
• Emergency medicine trained and board certified preferred; will accept family practice or internal medicine physicians who are ABEM certified or have extensive emergency room experience
• 
  
• Must hold an active Indiana Medical License, CSR, and DEA
• 
  
• Travel expenses covered
