Job Details:

• Emergency Medicine Physician coverage needed at a Freestanding Emergency Department (FSED)
• 
  
• 12-hour shifts with both AM and PM coverage needed
• 
  
• Will be split between two FSED locations
• 
  
• Will receive both night and day shifts
• 
  
• Duration of need through June 30, 2027
• 
  
• Must be Board Eligible or Board Certified in Emergency Medicine
• 
  
• Facility has 10-11 ER bays
• 
  
• Patient volume ranges from 0.5 to 2 patients per hour
• 
  
• Patient mix includes both pediatric and adult patients, primarily Level 3 or 4 acuity with some Level 2
• 
  
• ED admission rate of 2-3%
• 
  
• One other EM provider on at the same time
• 
  
• Support staff includes nurses and radiology staff
• 
  
• Case logs including procedures will be required
• 
  
• 2 shadow days and EMR training required for orientation

The facility is equipped with 10-11 emergency bays and staffed to handle a wide range of acuity levels, serving both pediatric and adult populations. As a freestanding ED, it functions independently to deliver timely, high-quality emergency care with the support of skilled nursing and radiology professionals.
