Job Details:

• 1-year duration assignment with on-site coverage including nights and weekends
• 
  
• 40 hours of physician coverage with varying shift times
• 
  
• 39-bed emergency department with a census of approximately 150 patients per day
• 
  
• 35-40 daily admissions with a general patient population
• 
  
• Non-trauma center handling general emergency cases
• 
  
• No call required
• 
  
• Orientation consists of one orientation session and 1-2 days of shadowing
• 
  
• Must be Emergency Medicine board certified
• 
  
• Minimum of 8 shifts required per month
• 
  
• Must be willing to work at freestanding emergency departments associated with the main facility
