    Deaconess Clinic, a premier multi-specialty group with 400+ providers across 60+ locations, is seeking a full-time Endocrinologist to join our established and expanding practice in Henderson, Kentucky.     • Team of 5 experienced Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) who collaborate closely with you to deliver the best care.
    • Dedicated team of 4 pharmacists who assist in medication management and patient education.
    • 2 Registered Dietitians available to enhance patient education, support lifestyle changes, and improve health outcomes.

    Compensation & Benefits

    We offer a highly competitive package to support your career and lifestyle:

    • Guaranteed salary of $350,000 (12-month guarantee) — Above average for the region
    • Productivity bonuses in addition to your base salary, rewarding you for your hard work.
    • $36,000 sign-on bonus with a 3-year commitment, or a $50,000 sign-on bonus with a 5-year commitment, to help you relocate and settle into your new role.
    • $2,000 monthly fellowship stipend to support continuing education and professional growth.

    • Practice Model:
      • 75% Outpatient Clinic / 25% Inpatient Coverage
      • Established outpatient practice with dedicated procedure time
      • Inpatient consults and hospital-based cases as part of integrated care model
