This individual demonstrates a low-ego, enterprise-first mindset, balancing advocacy with curiosity and collaboration, while maintaining a relentless focus on delivering measurable business and customer impact.

The role champions both clinician and patient needs while ensuring AI-driven solutions deliver measurable improvements in clinical quality, operational performance, financial outcomes, and user experience.
Drawing on customer engagement insights, market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive intelligence, this leader identifies strategic priorities and partners closely with product, engineering, and business teams to infuse clinical perspective into product strategy, design, and development. The Physician Executive also plays a critical role in strengthening customer relationships, guiding modernization initiatives, and positioning Oracle Health as the trusted partner for the future of healthcare delivery.
This role is designed for a physician leader who can create significant impact through influence rather than authority, build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization, navigate complex and evolving stakeholder environments with agility and humility, and consistently deliver results in high-visibility, high-stakes situations.
