PHYSICIAN EXTENDER

SportsMED is seeking experienced a full-time mid-level provider (CRNP or PA-C) to work with Dr. Curt Freudenberger. Dr. Freudenberger specializes in orthopedic spine surgery. This position will be located at our Huntsville clinic. OR experience is required.

We’re a high-growth orthopedic-spine practice looking for an experienced, motivated Advanced Practice Provider w surgical experience who thrives in a supportive, collaborative, and patient-focused environment. 

What You’ll Do

• Manage and evaluate ortho-spine patients across outpatient and inpatient settings
• Serve as first-assist for spine surgeries with frequent hands-on involvement
• Review imaging, develop care plans, and coordinate smooth patient flow
• Deliver clear, compassionate communication with patients and families
• Work closely with a surgeon and team who value partnership, respect, and shared decision-making
