• Experience: Prior outpatient experience preferred, required for licensing and credentialing

What You’ll Do

• Provide primary care services to a panel of 20–22 patients daily
• Conduct thorough assessments, diagnose, and develop treatment plans
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient outcomes
• Document patient encounters accurately in electronic health records
• Follow up on lab results and coordinate care with specialists as needed
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and compliance protocols

What You Need
Required:

• BE/BD in Family Medicine
• Active and unrestricted CA Medical License
• BLS, ACLS, DEA certification
• At least 1 year of outpatient clinical experience

Preferred:

• Experience working in community health or outpatient clinics
• Strong communication and patient management skills
