Requirements:
Medical Degree from accredited school with license to practice in NE
Successful completion of accredited Family Medicine residency
Certification or eligibility for certification by the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM)
Valid ACLS and BLS certifications
Willing to relocate to Fairbury, NE
