Hennepin Healthcare (HHS) seeks a Family Medicine Physician to care for patients at our clinic in Golden Valley, MN (a suburb located just west of downtown Minneapolis). Our Golden Valley Clinic offers primary care as well as a handful of specialty services. This clinic affords providers the opportunity to fulfill the core mission of Hennepin Healthcare while practicing in a slightly more suburban setting with patients from a vast array of cultural and socio-economic backgrounds.
This opportunity can accommodate physicians seeking either a full-time or part-time position (0.8 - 1.0 FTE) and comes with a generous benefits package. Academic appointments commensurate with the University of Minnesota Medical School criteria may be available.
Our Family Medicine department provides comprehensive services in health promotion, screening, diagnosis and disease management at 7 clinic locations in Minneapolis and surrounding suburban communities. Our clinics serve an ethnically and economically diverse patient population. Virtual care, fully integrated EMR (EPIC and Care Everywhere)
Organizational infrastructure includes clinical support for primary care providers including lab services, pharmacy, radiology, behavioral health, diabetes educator, social work, community health workers

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Qualifications:
Current unrestricted license to practice Medicine in the State of Minnesota or be eligible for licensure
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
If Board Eligible, must be Board Certified within 4 years from the date of completion of the applicable residency, fellowship or training program
Current DEA certificate or be eligible for certificate
