Opportunity Details
Position Type: Full-time (1.0 FTE)
Office Hours: Monday, 7:30am to 6pm, Tuesday through Friday, 7:30am to 5pm
Location:611 E Main St Hart, MI 49420
Specialty: Family Medicine Physician
Team Size: 2 providers, 3 APPs, 2 LMSW, Pharm D, Care manager and 21 support staff
Teaching Opportunities: Yes - Residents, Medical Students, Fellows
Call Requirements: On call is shared between the Whitehall, Shelby, Hart & Ludington offices. Physicians rotated a on call week throughout the year (approx. 8 times a year depending on the number of providers in the call pool.)

Requirements
Open to new graduates
Board certified in their respective clinical specialty or must achieve board certification within the timeframe defined by the applicable specialty board.
Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain)
DEA license
Duties & Responsibilities
A typical day may include:
Providing direct patient care
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
Participating in teaching and mentoring
Documenting in Epic EMR
Engaging in quality improvement initiatives
Supporting community health efforts
