License/Certs: MD, active Texas Medical License, DEA, CPR certification, Board certification in Family or Internal Medicine
Experience: Prior experience with adult mental health and long-term care preferred
Pay & Benefits:
Competitive hourly rate: $145/hour (W-2 included); weekends at $155/hour; holiday and on-call rates apply

What Youll Do:
Provide direct patient care and psychiatric assessments for adults with dual diagnoses in a residential setting
Respond to emergency calls and manage restraints as needed
Conduct face-to-face evaluations and treatment planning
Document all visits accurately and in compliance with agency policies
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in long-term care environments
Participate in team meetings, rounds, and ongoing training
Abide by HHSC and facility policies and procedures
What You Need:
MD license active and unrestricted in Texas
Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
DEA certification in good standing
Current CPR certification (American Heart Association)
Willingness to complete required HHSC and facility training
Experience in long-term adult care and mental health assessments preferred
