Opportunity Details
- Position Type: Full-time (1.0 FTE)
- Office Hours: Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm
- Location: 6050 Northland Dr Ste 200, Rockford, MI 49341
- Specialty: Family Medicine Physician, outpatient
- Team Size: 8 Family Medicine physicians, 2 Pediatricians, 1 Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner, and 1 Pediatrics Nurse Practitioner
- Clinical Care Team Size: 2 providers and 3 MAs/LPNs
- Teaching Opportunities: Yes - Residents, Medical Students, Fellows
- Call Requirements: Phone call coverage 1 week every 2 months, 5pm to 12am weekday, 7am to 7pm weekend
- Additional Details: Panel to develop immediately.

Requirements
- Open to new graduates
- Board certified in their respective clinical specialty or must achieve board certification within the timeframe defined by the applicable specialty board.
- Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA license
Duties & Responsibilities
A typical day may include:
- Providing direct patient care
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Participating in teaching and mentoring
- Documenting in Epic EMR
- Engaging in quality improvement initiatives
- Supporting community health efforts
