Were seeking a passionate and driven Family MedicinePhysician to join our Primary Care & Pediatrics - Spring Lake team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the health of our community while working in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

Opportunity Details

• Position Type:Full-time (1.0 FTE)
• Office Hours: Monday and Tuesday, 7:30am to 5pm, Wednesday and Friday, 7am to 5pm, Thursday 7:00am to 6:00pm
• Location:601 W Savidge St Spring Lake, MI 49456
• Specialty:Family Medicine Physician
• Team Size: Currently  4 Physicians and 3 APPs
• Teaching Opportunities:Yes - Residents, Medical Students, Fellows
• Call Requirements:
  • Network On Call Rotation includes 3 rotation categories
    • 1) Monday-Thursday
    • 2) Weekend
    • 3) Holiday
    • Typically, 1-2 of these categories in a calendar year

• Additional Details:
  • The team serves patients from birth through the end of life.
  • Provides Minor Procedures, Annual Wellness Visits, Yearly Health Maintenance, Sports Physicals, Vaccines including County/State VFC as well as regular Office Visits.
  • Office offers wonderful supporting professionals including Pharm D, Care Management and Behavior Health and On-site Lab

Requirements

• Open to new grads or experienced physicians
• Board certified in their respective clinical specialty or must achieve board certification within the timeframe defined by the applicable specialty board.
• Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain)
• DEA license

Duties & Responsibilities

A typical day may include:

• Providing direct patient care
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Participating in teaching and mentoring
• Documenting in Epic EMR
• Engaging in quality improvement initiatives
• Supporting community health efforts
