Responsibilities/Job Description:

Fairview Health Services is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our primary care practice at Fairview Urgent Care Clinics. Join our growing practice seeing patients at our eleven urgent care locations in the Minneapolis-St Paul area and surrounding suburbs. 

 

Practice Details:

  • Join our team of 45+ urgent care providers.
  • Our Maplewood location is our primary need at this time, with the potential to float to additional sites. 
  • Patient encounters average 20-30 patients per day in a 10 hour shift.
  • Flexible FTE from .6 to 1.0 - Flexible schedule, weekend coverage is most needed.  For a 1.0 FTE, total annual required hours is of 1,664 total.  
  • No Call required.
  • As a Pioneer Accountable Care Organization (ACO), our physicians use a multidisciplinary team approach in managing clinical care.
  • Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC).

·         Woodbury

 

  • Graduate of an accredited ACGME/AOA Family Medicine residency training program.
  • BC/BE with the ABMS or AOA.
  • Licensed or ability to obtain licensure through the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice.
  • Ability to obtain and /or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota.
  • Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges if applicable.
Qualifications:

$322,525 - $339,500 annually *based on full time (80 hours/ppd or 1.0 FTE)
