Physician - Family Medicine with OB (Surgical) - Princeton, MN

Responsibilities/Job Description:

Fairview is seeking a Family Medicine with OB physician to join our primary care practice at M Health Fairview Clinic Princeton. Join our thriving multi-specialty practice with onsite access to a robust group of specialty providers and services.

Practice Details:

• 17 provider primary care practice, including 7 FM with OB physicians.
• Patient encounters average 16-20 patients per day.
• 34 patient contact hours per week.
• Call Frequency: 5-6 times a month
• Opportunities for physicians to perform procedures including c-sections.
• Openings: 0.8 to 1.0 FTE - Flexible schedule
• As a Pioneer Accountable Care Organization (ACO), our physicians use a multidisciplinary team approach in managing clinical care.
• Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC).
• H1B Visa accepted.

M Health Fairview Clinic Princeton is located approximately 60 minutes from Minneapolis and 30 minutes from St Cloud, MN. We are situated on the same campus as M Health Fairview Northland Medical Center.

Onsite services:

• Rehab services, counseling, audiology, diabetic education, pharmacy, medication therapy management, lab, x-ray, mammography, ultrasound, infusion therapy, and bone densitometry.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited ACGME/AOA Family Medicine residency training program.
• Board Certified/Board Prepared with the American Board of Medical Specialties or American Osteopathic Association.
• Licensed or ability to obtain Minnesota Board of Medical Practice Licensure.
• Ability to obtain and /or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota.
• Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges.

Qualifications:

$281,854 - $313,172 Annual *based on full time (1.0 FTE)
