Licensure/Certification Qualifications:

Family Medicine - OB Required (0.6 - 1.0 FTE)

PRACTICE SPECIFICS Our ideal candidate is a motivated, team-player that is interested in helping us build a combined FP & OB/GYN team to cover needs at our Virginia, MN, regional, medical complex.

Approximately 250 births (annually) at Essentia Health, Virginia, Hospital

Virginia Hospital is "Baby Friendly"

Remote fetal monitoring

Family Medicine with surgical OB & OB's provide back up for C sections

Market leading pay & relocation offered. Substantial benefit package, minimum of 6 weeks off per year

On-site Chronic Disease Management nursing support

Nurse Online Triage 24/7

Multi-specialty clinic includes: 9 Family Medicine with 4 advanced practitioners with Integrated Behavioral Health, Anesthesiology, Dermatology, Obstetrics/Gynecology, Occupational Medicine, Ophthalmology, Otolaryngology, Orthopedics, General Surgery, and visiting specialties

Clinic, includes: laboratory, radiology, retail pharmacy and optical shop, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, Cancer Center, Regional Heart Center with CHF clinic, and warfarin clinic

Admit to adjacent Essentia Health Virginia Hospital: 30 beds, Level I Nursery, Level IV Trauma center and certified Stroke Ready facility

Service area: 30,000 - Virginia Population: 9,000

COMPENSATION $323,400. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation .
