QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) 

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Gastroenterology 

• Must have or be eligible to obtain Arizona Medical License prior to start date 

• Active DEA 

• Active ACLS
