Our organization is on the lookout for a Board Certified/Board Eligible General Cardiologist to enhance our growing cardiovascular team at CPMC Mission-Bernal, a vital community hospital within our network. This facility is dedicated to delivering top-notch, community-oriented cardiovascular services and acts as a clinical center supporting advanced cardiac care at CPMC Van Ness, along with the upcoming Neuroscience Center.
This role presents a remarkable chance for a cardiologist who excels in a diverse clinical setting, appreciates teamwork with multidisciplinary groups, and is driven by the desire to serve a vibrant and expanding urban population. You will be part of a friendly team that includes two seasoned cardiologists and advanced practice clinicians, with easy access to a wide range of subspecialty expertise across the system.
Clinical Responsibilities
Comprehensive inpatient and outpatient general cardiology services
Community-oriented cardiovascular care with strong integration into hospital services
Close collaboration with neurology and developing neuroscience initiatives
Coordination of care through tertiary and quaternary referral pathways within our network
Engagement in quality improvement, process enhancement, and program development efforts
Qualifications
Board Certified / Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease
