Physician - Gastroenterology

Job Details:

• Inpatient locum to perm position with ASAP start date on an ongoing basis
• 
  
• 24-hour call coverage, 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM
• 
  
• Hospital-based coverage providing inpatient procedures and consults
• 
  
• ERCP required; EUS highly preferred
• 
  
• Perform 3-4 outpatient procedures per day in addition to inpatient responsibilities
• 
  
• Adult patients only
• 
  
• EMR system: Cerner
• 
  
• Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible within 3 years of residency
• 
  
• Active Iowa license or IMLC required
• 
  
• ACLS required
• 
  
• Must be willing and able to work inpatient
• 
  
• Clean malpractice and background required
• 
  
• All providers submitted to a locum to perm position will be required to sign an attestation form verifying interest in a permanent position
