Practice Highlights
- Joining a team of 4 providers – 1 Hem/Onc and 3 Nurse Practitioners
- Average 14-16 patients/day (70% oncology/30% hematology)
- Radiation Oncology, Surgical Oncology, and Breast Surgeon on-site
- NO inpatient responsibilities – Nurse Practitioners handle all inpatient consults
- Phone call (very minimal)
- EPIC EMR
- Active clinical trials (UNC affiliate)
Compensation and Benefits
- Base compensation $475,000-$500,000 based on experience + Production
- $50,000-$75,000 Signing Bonus
- $4,000 CME
- Six weeks PTO
- Health insurance
