Job Details:

• Full-time position, 4 days per week schedule also considered

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• 
  
• Weeknight and weekend call required at a 1:2 ratio
• 
  
• Community-based general oncology and hematology practice located inside the hospital
• 
  
• Hospital inpatient consults required as needed
• 
  
• Adult patient population only (18+)
• 
  
• Approximately 10 patients per day with expected growth
• 
  
• Case mix: 40% Hematology and 60% Oncology
• 
  
• Support staff includes 2 front office staff, 1 RN, 1 MA, 1 Navigator, and additional support personnel
• 
  
• Practice settings include clinic and hospital
• 
  
• EMR system: EPIC
• 
  
• 131-bed hospital facility
• 
  
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Oncology required
• 
  
• Active PA license or IMLC Letter of Qualification required
• 
  
• DEA required
