Physician - Hematology/Oncology

Job Details:

• Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• 
  
• 4 days per week schedule may be considered
• 
  
• Weeknight and weekend call coverage required at a 1:2 ratio
• 
  
• Community-based general oncology and hematology practice setting, clinic located inside the hospital
• 
  
• Hospital inpatient consults required as needed
• 
  
• Adult patient population only (ages 18 and older)
• 
  
• Approximately 10 patients per day with expected growth
• 
  
• Hematology and oncology case mix at a 40/60 ratio
• 
  
• Support staff includes 2 front office staff, 1 RN, 1 MA, 1 Navigator, and additional support personnel
• 
  
• EMR system: EPIC
• 
  
• 131-bed hospital facility
• 
  
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Oncology required
• 
  
• Active Pennsylvania license or IMLC Letter of Qualification required
• 
  
• DEA required

The facility is expanding its oncology and hematology services with the opening of a new Medical Oncology and Hematology practice, supported by a dedicated multidisciplinary team. With 131 beds, the hospital is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative and supportive environment.
