Physician - Hematology Oncology

Job Details:

• Provide outpatient clinic coverage on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, including clinic call as needed
• 
  
• Average of 15-20 outpatient clinic patients per day
• 
  
• 100% adult outpatient practice setting
• 
  
• Oncology and Hematology outpatient clinic, previously a two-physician practice with NP assistance
• 
  
• Support staff includes Oncology RNs, Medical Assistants, Social Worker, Dietitian, and Nurse Navigator
• 
  
• Onsite services include an infusion center and onsite CBCs
• 
  
• EMR system: Cerner
• 
  
• Procedures and skills required include Hematology outpatient care, Oncology outpatient care, and participation in tumor board
• 
  
• Minimum 2 years of Hematology/Oncology experience required
• 
  
• Board Certified in Medical Oncology and Hematology required
• 
  
• Active Michigan license required
• 
  
• BLS/ACLS required
• 
  
• Familiarity with Cerner EMR preferred
