Physician - Internal Medicine - Hematology and Oncology

Job Details:

• Outpatient, clinic-only position with no call requirements
• 
  
• Tuesday through Friday schedule preferred, but flexible on days worked
• 
  
• Shift times of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM with a 1-hour lunch break
• 
  
• 3 to 4 shifts per week, 4 weeks per month with 9 guaranteed hours per day
• 
  
• Integrated with an infusion center featuring 9 infusion chairs and 4 exam rooms
• 
  
• Supported by a strong, experienced team of nurse practitioners and registered nurses
• 
  
• Onsite services include social work, dietician, palliative care, oncology nurse navigator, and a dedicated oncology nurse manager
• 
  
• Newly remodeled clinic with a team that consistently achieves the highest staff satisfaction scores on campus
• 
  
• Approximately 10 patient encounters per shift
• 
  
• Preferred experience in bone marrow biopsies
• 
  
• Board certification required; BLS certification required
• 
  
• Active Oregon license or willingness to obtain required
• 
  
• DEA required

This oncology facility is a fully integrated outpatient cancer care center offering a comprehensive, patient-centered approach to hematology and oncology services. The newly remodeled clinic features modern infusion capabilities and a multidisciplinary support team that includes nursing, social work, nutrition, palliative care, and navigation services.
