Physician - Internal Medicine - Hematology and Oncology

Job Details:

• Full-time outpatient clinic coverage with occasional inpatient weekend call
• 
  
• Schedule is Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a 30-minute to 1-hour unpaid lunch break
• 
  
• 4 shifts per week, 10 hours per day guaranteed
• 
  
• Providers will see approximately 11 patient encounters per shift
• 
  
• On-call responsibility for established Hematology/Oncology clinic patients 1-2 nights per week via weeknight beeper
• 
  
• Participation in a shared weekend call pool for oncology inpatients, shared among 15-20 total providers (very few weekends per year)
• 
  
• Weekend call is a 24-hour beeper call format
• 
  
• Active Washington state license or active IMLC required
• 
  
• Board certification required
• 
  
• DEA required
• 
  
• BLS certification required
• 
  
• Fellowship training required
• 
  
• Lymphoma experience and cell therapy experience are a plus
• 
  
• Full-time coverage only; partial schedules such as 2 weeks on/2 weeks off are not being considered at this time
