Admissions: Typically handle one admission per day, with a full-time swing shift physician covering most daytime admissions. Procedures: Closed ICU. No procedures required. Ultrasound available for POCUS, which is reimbursed per procedure as an additional income opportunity. Team Structure: Work within a strong, collaborative team that includes: 9 Physicians and 4 Nurse Practitioners rounding daily. A Medical Director onsite. An RN Executive Director. 2 RN Care Coordinators. 2 Administrative Assistants. Meetings Events: Brief 15-minute daily huddle M-F to discuss census, care needs, etc. Division meetings every 6-8 weeks to discuss group performance, challenges, and initiatives. An annual offsite event for team socialization and group discussion. A yearly holiday party in December to foster camaraderie.
