Job Details:

• Provide inpatient hospital medical unit coverage with ICU bed responsibilities
• 
  
• Coverage dates: August 6 at 0800 through August 10 at 0800
• 
  
• Onsite schedule from 0800 to 1800 with call coverage when not onsite
• 
  
• Call coverage included via beeper/phone call
• 
  
• 1 provider needed to cover for vacation absence
• 
  
• Patient population is 100% adult with 50% geriatric
• 
  
• Average of 14 patients per day
• 
  
• Inpatient setting with additional calls from nursing home
• 
  
• Trauma Level 4 designation facility
• 
  
• EMR/Documentation system: Epic
• 
  
• Weekend coverage required
• 
  
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Family Practice or Internal Medicine required
• 
  
• Active Kentucky license required
• 
  
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• 
  
• Active DEA required
• 
  
• Travel reimbursements approved for lodging, airfare, rental car, and mileage at IRS rate
