Job Details:

• Hospitalist position with shift options including swing shift (5:00 PM to 1:00 AM with extension to 5:00 AM), nocturnist shift (7:00 PM to 7:00 AM), and daytime hospitalist shift (7:00 AM to 7:00 PM)
• 
  
• No call coverage required
• 
  
• Round on 18-22 patients per day
• 
  
• Daily census of 140-160 patients with approximately 25-30 admissions per 24-hour period
• 
  
• Round in the open ICU
• 
  
• No ventilator management or procedures required
• 
  
• Manage follow-up cases as inpatients
• 
  
• Diverse patient population at an acute care hospital
• 
  
• Experienced hospitalist candidates preferred
• 
  
• 1 day of orientation/shadow plus 1 additional shadow day required
