Job Details:

• Provide Monday through Friday inpatient care and new consult coverage
• 
  
• Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (on-call provider takes over at 5:00 PM for new consults)
• 
  
• No outpatient clinic responsibilities
• 
  
• Variable patient encounters per shift
• 
  
• Must be board certified or board certification eligible
• 
  
• Fellowship required (2 years)
• 
  
• BLS certification required
• 
  
• Microscopic specimen evaluation required
• 
  
• Management of vascular access devices/central venous catheters required
• 
  
• Familiarity with intravenous medications required
• 
  
• Central line placement required
• 
  
• Intrathecal administration of anti-infective agents required
• 
  
• 90-day estimated credentialing timeframe
