Reporting to the Chief of Infectious Disease, the Specialist will be part of a department with responsibilities that include:

Inpatient consultations at either Hartford Hospital, The Hospital of Central Connecticut, MidState Medical Center, Charlotte Hungerford Hospital, Backus Hospital, Saint Vincents Medical Center, Manchester Hospital.

Wound Careand Antimicrobial stewardship

Assist with activities of Infection Prevention and the hospital epidemiology programs

Active Hospitalist program to care for inpatients

Shared call with other ID physicians

BC/BE Infectious Disease Physician licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of CT
