Job Description This physician will join Community Physician Network, a multi-specialty group with over 1400 providers in Indianapolis, IN. Highlights Community Physician Network is currently seeking an Internal Medicine physician to join our busy outpatient practice in Fishers, Indiana (116th Street and Lantern Road).
