Opportunity:
Physician - Primary Care

Job Details:

• 100% outpatient Primary Care Physician role focused on adult medicine (patients 18+)
• Full-time, weekday schedule with the option to ask about a 4-day work week
• Average of 2 phone-call weekends per year and 1 weeknight call approximately every 2 months (phone call only)
• Optional teaching opportunities with faculty appointment available
• Optional moonlighting/per diem opportunities in hospital or urgent care settings
• Easy access to Behavioral Health, High Risk Nurse Care Managers, and Social Workers
• Efficient operations with engaged teams and robust staffing, including nursing support and your own Medical Assistant
• EPIC with Dragon, HIPAA-compliant texting, patient self-scheduling, and patient portal
• Established mentorship and orientation programs specially designed for newly hired providers and providers new to practice
• Continuous development opportunities through provider leadership and on-demand learning platforms including CME, special courses, and learning series
• Unrestricted State of Connecticut medical license required (or eligible)
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine required
